Rachel looked after our two spaniels for five days while we were away. They were so relaxed when we got home — clearly very well loved and walked! We’ve already booked her again for next month.

I found Rachel after a very stressful experience where my original dog sitter abandoned her job mid-stay, saying she couldn’t cope with my dog. From my very first phone call with Rachel, she immediately put my mind at ease. She then arranged to come and meet me and my Great Dane, Blue, and from that moment I knew we were in safe hands.

Rachel was completely unfazed by Blue’s fun, boisterous nature and reassured me that she would never abandon a dog mid-stay. Her confidence and genuine understanding of dogs was clear, and it was lovely to see how quickly Blue felt calm and at ease with her.

When Rachel stays at our home, she keeps us regularly updated with messages, photos and videos, which we all absolutely love seeing as a family. Knowing Blue is happy, settled and well cared for makes such a difference and takes away so much of the stress of being away.

Blue clearly adores Rachel’s company and is happily tired out every evening, which is wonderful to see. Having Rachel stay with him makes holidays far more enjoyable for us and far more comfortable for Blue.

I would 100% recommend Rachel - she is truly worth her weight in gold for a happy, relaxed holiday for both dogs and their owners.

Our cat Pickle is very fussy and normally hates strangers, but Rachel sent lovely photos and updates every day. He was happy and calm when we returned — best cat sitter we’ve ever used!

After one session with Rachel our reactive collie mix already walks past other dogs much more calmly. She really understands behaviour and gave us practical, kind advice we could follow at home.

We needed last-minute overnight pet sitting over Christmas. Rachel stepped in and our elderly Labrador was so comfortable — felt like he was with family. Cannot recommend highly enough.
